Week 4 Schedule

On this retreat and meet week, we have a bit of unusual schedule, but get yourself mentally and physically ready for Saturday's meet (Run for Ret) @ HH Prep.  I have a majority of you signed up for this event to see how you can handle a 5K race.  I haven't been able to establish the finite details yet with the host, but plan on meeting at 7am @ HH Prep on Saturday for the meet.  Make sure you get plenty of sleep Friday night after a long retreat, because you will be tired!  Remember our biblical theme for the year as it relates to running and life in general...

Tuesday, August 27
Meet in the music room (406) at 3:30pm
We will be likely taking a bus down to Sea Pines Forest Preserve and should return to campus by 5:30pm.

Thursday, August 29
US Students - Midnight Retreat Run TBA 
Pack your running clothes
MS Students - Run on your own - 45 minutes (4-5 miles)

Saturday, August 31

MEET:  Run for Ret @ Hilton Head Prep
Call Time for All Team Members - 7AM, Race time 8am
Coaches and Volunteer Parents arrive by 6:45am
Wear comfortable running attire and racing flats, try to wear team colors, uniforms won't be here by Saturday
