Week 10 Practice Schedule

Hey Everyone,

Wow - what an incredible Week 9!  Everyone who ran this past Wednesday at the HH Prep Invitational had a Course PR record and then there were some awesome accomplishments Saturday at Devin's Dash as well.  I will be uploading pics and official times soon from that 5K, but here is your schedule for the week.  We will be really pushing hard this week, since it's a full week of 'normal' practicing prior to the Regional Meet next week on October 16th.  Don't miss practice and be mentally ready to work hard.  PERSEVERE!

Monday, October 7th
Cross-Training on Your Own
Do 45-60 minutes of fitness - could be biking, running, yoga, pilates, karate, etc, etc...

Tuesday October 8th
4:30pm-5:45pm
Jarvis Creek Park
Tempo Run
*Please note the later practice time 

Wednesday, October 9th
Run on Your Own 20-30 minutes
Don't Miss FCA's Fields of Faith, 6pm

Long Run / Intervals

Cross-Training on Your Own
Do 30 minutes of fitness - could be anything...
