Hey Everyone,
Wow - what an incredible Week 9! Everyone who ran
this past Wednesday at the HH Prep Invitational had a Course PR record
and then there were some awesome accomplishments Saturday at Devin's
Dash as well. I will be uploading pics and official times soon from
that 5K, but here is your schedule for the week. We will be really
pushing hard this week, since it's a full week of 'normal' practicing
prior to the Regional Meet next week on October 16th. Don't miss
practice and be mentally ready to work hard. PERSEVERE!
